Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns, promotions, and strategies.
Sales Execution:
Identify potential clients and create a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings to present the company's products/services effectively.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Market Analysis:
Analyze sales data and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and develop action plans accordingly.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, strategy, or business development roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
