We seek an experienced Telesales Representative to join our Lagos-based team, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have proven telephone sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephone sales targeting the Nigerian market
Promote betting and casino products to potential and existing customers
Convert prospects into active customers using effective persuasion techniques
Provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues professionally
Meet individual and team sales targets
Maintain records of calls and sales to improve strategies
Requirements
Proven experience in telephone sales (Nigerian market experience preferred)
Prior experience in the betting and casino industry (advantageous)
Solid background in cold sales
Strong, persuasive communication skills in English
Results-oriented and motivated by targets
Adaptable in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry.
Customer insight and understanding of the betting and gaming industry.
Persistence and resilience in high-volume call environments.
Team player with ability to work independently.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 2+ years experience.
