Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations:
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Record and update financial transactions in accounting systems
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents
Data Management:
- Input and verify financial data in the accounting software.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of accounts payable and receivable.
General Support:
- Respond to inquiries regarding financial transactions and records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- (OND/HND holders may also be considered with relevant experience.)
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. (Internship experience is acceptable.)
Skills
- Proficiency in using excel sheet
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
