Responsibilities

• Lesson planning: Create lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and teaching objectives


• Teaching: Present lessons in a comprehensive way, encourage student participation, and use a variety of teaching methods


• Assessment: Evaluate students' work, assess their progress, and provide feedback


• Discipline: Maintain discipline in accordance with the school's procedures


• Communication: Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders, and prepare reports for parents


• Classroom management: Maintain an orderly classroom and manage parents and adults in the classroom


• Professional development: Attend seminars and conferences to develop professional skills and knowledge


• Administrative tasks: Print or photocopy resources, word process documents, set up IT equipment, and keep records.
