  • We are urgently seeking two (2) highly competent and motivated Sales Executives to handle sales in Cameroon markets while based in Lagos, Nigeria to join our team and focus on selling automobile spare parts in the Cameroon market.

  • This role is integral to driving revenue and expanding our market presence in the region. The ideal candidates must have a proven track record in spare parts sales, be fluent in French, and possess an in-depth understanding of the Cameroonian market.



Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:




  • Generate new leads and close sales opportunities for automobile spare parts.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Cameroonian market.



Market Penetration:




  • Leverage knowledge of the Cameroon market to drive brand visibility and sales.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.



Customer Engagement:




  • Provide product information and technical guidance to customers.

  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable products and services.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to maximize revenue.



Reporting and Collaboration:




  • Work closely with Mr. Rohit and the team to align on sales strategies.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and challenges.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall targets.



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.



Essential Qualifications and Skills:




  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

  • 5-10 years of proven sales experience in automobile spare parts.

  • Deep understanding of the Cameroonian market, including customer and distributor networks.

  • Strong sales acumen, with demonstrated expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure.
