Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented Architect specializing in 3D rendering and visualization to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design combined with exceptional skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation.


• This role involves transforming conceptual designs into high-quality visual representations that effectively communicate ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

3D Visualization & Rendering:

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural projects.


• Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models using tools like SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or Rhino.


• Utilize rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape to produce high-quality visuals.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand design intent and translate it into compelling visuals.


• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visuals for presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.

Technical Proficiency:

• Integrate CAD drawings and BIM models into 3D rendering workflows.


• Maintain consistency in lighting, textures, materials, and visual storytelling across all deliverables.

Design Support:

• Assist in conceptualizing and developing architectural designs.


• Provide feedback on design aesthetics and spatial composition based on visualization outcomes.

Innovation & Research:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in architectural visualization.


• Explore and recommend new techniques to enhance the realism and efficiency of the rendering process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, or a related field.


• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max).


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production.


• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, lighting, and textures.


• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.


• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
