Responsible for ensuring that the hotel provides excellent customer service, managing staff, overseeing room allocations, allocating tasks, managing shifts, and resolving issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and functionality.
Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Responsible for upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information as well as protect the Hotel’s assets.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely ordering for both Maintenance unit and House Keeping unit.
Ensure operations staff are well dressed and ready for each day’s task.
Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 5 - 15 years experience.
