Job Description




  • Responsible for ensuring that the hotel provides excellent customer service, managing staff, overseeing room allocations, allocating tasks, managing shifts, and resolving issues that may arise.



Responsibilities




  • Supervise daily hotel operations to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor staffing levels and oversee employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and functionality.

  • Train and mentor new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and guest experience.

  • Responsible for upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information as well as protect the Hotel’s assets.

  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely ordering for both Maintenance unit and House Keeping unit.

  • Ensure operations staff are well dressed and ready for each day’s task.

  • Any other duty as may be assigned by management from time to time.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 5 - 15 years experience.
