Responsibilities




  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving food and beverages to guests.

  • Set tables for breakfast and attend to guest that are ready for breakfast.

  • Take orders and serve food, beverages and drinks to guests in the hotel's restaurant/bar, or rooms.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions politely and addressing concerns as occasion demands.

  • Manage tables, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and smart manner.

  • Handle cash and credit transactions, processing payments and making change and providing top notch banquet services.

  • Check to confirm and be sure that the prices of items at F&B, in Tab and in System always corresponds on a daily basis.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the restaurant or bar.

  • Always empty your bins whenever it’s full and that promptly.

  • Provide excellent customer service in all endeavors

  • Attend to any other duty as may be apportioned by the duty Chef.



Requirements




  • SSCE / GCE / NECO / FSLC qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.
