Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Junior Quantity Surveyor with 2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 Naira monthly (Gross)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or engineering industry.


• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or specialized QS software).


• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost analysis and reporting.


• Membership in a professional body (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an advantage.


• Experience with both pre-contract and post-contract phases is desirable.
