Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the fashion brand.


• Supervise staff, including tailors, ensuring productivity and quality.


• Interact with clients to provide excellent customer service and meet their fashion needs.


• Coordinate schedules, workflows, and inventory to optimize efficiency.


• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships.


• Ensure smooth operations in a highpressure environment, meeting deadlines and targets.                       

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (in any field).


• Smart, resourceful, and a quick learner.


• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate staff and tailors.
