Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our remote team. As a mid-to-senior level developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our project management SaaS application. This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, along with expertise in integrations and system architecture. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional team in an Agile environment, contributing to core product development and directly impacting our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient front-end and back-end solutions using WebSockets, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React.js, Feathers.js, and Node.js.


• Architect and optimize the database structure for scalability, utilizing MongoDB and Redis.


• Integrate third-party applications, including Google Workspace (Calendar, Meet, Gmail), Zoom, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, Zoho, HubSpot, Xero, Intuit, and popular project management tools.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of new features and product improvements.


• Contribute to the agile development process, including planning, code reviews, and regular retrospectives.


• Deploy and manage applications on Amazon AWS, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of full stack development experience, with proven expertise in WebSockets, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React.js, Feathers.js, and Node.js.


• Database management skills with MongoDB and Redis, and experience building scalable, efficient architecture.


• API integration experience, with a strong understanding of linking applications through APIs and endpoints.


• Familiarity with Amazon AWS and cloud infrastructure management.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team.


• Quick-thinking, problem-solving abilities with a knack for logic and critical thinking.


• Experience in Agile methodologies and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS applications, especially in the project management or collaboration space.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
