The trainee will focus on customer acquisition, market analysis, partnership building, and operational efficiency, with the goal of driving the company’s growth and supporting the achievement of strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
Help gather data to generate insights for growth strategies, including target audiences and emerging markets.
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers.
Assist in building customer relationships through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to enhance customer retention.
Work closely with the sales team to identify leads, track prospects, and help qualify sales opportunities.
Help implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
Help maintain accurate data in CRM and other internal systems for tracking sales, customer activity, and lead conversion.
Participate in training and development programs designed to enhance professional growth and industry knowledge.
Provide administrative support by preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Recent graduates or candidates with less than 0-1 years of work experience are welcome to apply.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a bonus.
Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret reports is beneficial.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate with different teams effectively and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
