Job Overview

• We are seeking a Fresh female graduate of Computer Science, who is proficient in computer system especially in Microsoft excel softwareto join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports and ensuring data accuracy.


• Management, supervision of movement of goods and stock within the warehouse.


• This role requires someone who is highly organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.


• Input, update and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.


• Maintain accurate records of machinery spare parts in the warehouse.


• Document and track spare parts other items recieved via truck delivery in the warehouse.


• Monitor and oversee the offloading process to ensure efficiency and smoothness.


• Update Inventory management systems


• Conducting regular stock checks.


• Monitor the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are properly documented.


• Generate report and statistical summaries as required by the team and management.


• Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including microsoft Excel and other data management tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science.


• Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, WPS and other data entry software.


• Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Preferred candidate should be within the age range of 18-30 years.


• Should be available to work Monday to Saturday.
