Responsibilities




  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Promote farm products and negotiate sales contracts.

  • Monitor market trends and report competitive activities.

  • Provide regular updates on sales targets and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.

Profile




  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales or customer relations.



Skills:




  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of the poultry/agriculture industry (preferred).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

  • Reports: Sales activity reports, customer feedback reports, and monthly sales performance summaries.
