Job Roles
The Admin/HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring adequacy of human capital to support the business strategy in line with the policy of the organization;
- Ensuring effective performance management process;
- Coordinating branch work process and performance;
- Maintaining positive and regular liaison with government agencies and;
- Effective management of office facilities;
- Implement organization’s fleet management and operations plan; etc.
Requirements
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- First Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Law or any related discipline.
- MBA and any related professional certification/membership will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years previous experience as an Admin/HR Manager in an organized firm.
Skills and Competency:
- Proficient computer skills, including ability to prepare spreadsheet;
- High leadership skill with emphasis on teamwork and productivity;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all level staff; etc.
Salary Offer
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
