    • Support marketing efforts by participating in local markets or promotional events.

    • Ensure that all farming practices comply with local agricultural regulations and safety standards.

    • Implement safety protocols to protect workers during farm operations.

    • Assist the Farm Manager in developing budgets for crop production and managing input costs effectively.

    • Monitor inventory levels of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other supplies.

    • Train and supervise farm workers in best practices for planting, maintenance, and harvesting.

    • Delegate tasks among team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

    • Maintain accurate records of planting dates, crop yields, pest management activities, and labor hours.

    • Assist in preparing reports on farm productivity and financial performance.

    • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

    • Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment used for planting, irrigation, and harvesting.

    • Coordinate and oversee harvesting activities, ensuring that crops are picked at the right time for quality and marketability.

    • Organize labor schedules for harvest teams to maximize efficiency.

    • Assist in planning, planting, and cultivating bell pepper and habanero crops.

    • Monitor crop health, including pest and disease management, to ensure optimal growth and yield.

    • Implement irrigation schedules and manage water resources effectively.
