We are looking to hire a suitable candidate responsible for achieving monthly sales target/ profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products, and personal contacts, and securing new business accounts/customers. 




  1. Minimum Qualification: Degree 

  2. Experience Length: 2-5yrs 



Job Description/Requirements 



Responsibilities:




  1. Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach to ensure monthly sales target is met.

  2. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.

  3. Makes telephone calls in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

  4. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

  5. Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.

  6. Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.

  7. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products.

  8. Reporting market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in assigned territory.

  9. Maintain a reliable, up-to-date customer record system as per the Sales Procedure Manual

  10. Maintain records of new customers, deleted customers and changes to call cycles to ensure cost-effective coverage of the territory

  11. Ensure monthly sales targets, new account targets, key product targets and payment targets are achieved.



Requirements:




  1. Academic qualification of BSC Biological Sciences

  2. 2 - 5 years of working experience

  3. Good understanding of entrepreneurial and commercial objectives

  4. Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts

  5. Good understanding of developing sales reports
