Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine advanced analysis such as titration, PH analysis, moisture content determination, viscosity measurement, and capacitate measurement.


• Analyze and interpret test results to assess the quality and stability.


• Ensure the laboratory environment complies with safety and regulatory standards for handling hazardous materials.


• Document all experiments, results and observations accurately.


• Train junior staff or team members in analytical techniques and safety protocols as needed.


• Prepare reagent solutions of specific strengths, ensuring accuracy in the formulation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline


• Experience with lab instruments like viscometers, PH meters, Turbidity meters etc.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, preferably in an explosive plant or chemical manufacturing industry.


• Awareness of ISO or equivalent quality management systems is advantageous


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
