Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and guest services, to source content ideas, gather information, and ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
