Who we need



We are looking to add a talented Digital Marketing Strategist with a “can do” attitude to join our dynamic, growing, and passionate team. This is a full-time role. The responsibilities will include:




  • Manage business or corporate paid campaigns across a variety of platforms

  • Define relevant social media KPIs, measure, and analyze ongoing progress for future optimizations.

  • Oversee social media content development, including ideation, creation, social copywriting, content calendar management, and publishing of social-first content.

  • Create and manage social media ads to maximize impact and minimize costs.

  • Work with multi-media designers to ensure content is informative, engaging, and entertaining.

  • Strong understanding of social paid media to ensure content is timely, engaging, and targeted to the relevant audience.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, partners, trends, tools, and technology

  • Help teams implement changes effectively

  • Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.

  • Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction

  • Perform other tasks as assigned.



What you bring



We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with the following experience and skills:




  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation

  • Expertise in media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and website development tools.

  • Proficient in writing, content creation and editing for digital marketing platforms and printed materials.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies in fast-paced environments.

  • Actively provide support by executing various marketing campaigns across digital channels, including digital flyers and promotional activities, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.

  • Passion for digital marketing, event planning, and community engagement.

  • Effective Communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience with social media analytics tools

  • Passion for healthcare and knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
