The Head Coach is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, improving player performance, and managing competitive matches. They ensure that players develop technical, tactical, and physical skills while fostering teamwork and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct 2–3 training sessions per week.
Develop individual and team development plans.
Monitor player progress and provide feedback.
Organize friendly matches and tournaments.
Ensure discipline and good sportsmanship among players
Qualifications:
Coaching certification (NFF, CAF, or international license preferred).
