Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement quality assurance processes to ensure academic excellence


• Develop and review curriculum documents (lesson plans, notes, worksheets, slides, CAT, exams) to align with best practices


• Conduct regular lesson delivery supervision and provide constructive feedback to teachers and the Head of School


• Advise top management on yearly curriculum review and development


• Collaborate with teachers to create and update teaching and learning materials


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards


• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development


• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred)


• Extensive knowledge of Nigerian, British, and Montessori curricula


• Proven classroom teaching experience in standard schools (minimum 5 years)


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills


• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, management, and stakeholders


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Willingness to dedicate time to advancing academic standards


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and educational software.
