We are looking for an Admin Officer who will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases.
Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
