Job Summary



As an IT Application Support Specialist - SAP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, supporting our business operations across Nigeria. Your responsibilities will include:




  • Provide Level 2/3 SAP Application Support:


    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues

    • Provide timely and effective solutions to user queries and incidents

    • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures



  • Manage SAP Incidents and Service Requests:

    • Prioritize and manage incidents and service requests

    • Adhere to defined SLAs and KPIs

    • Escalate issues to relevant teams as needed





Job Description




  • Proficient in SAP Modules – PP, QM and MM

  • Good understanding of SAP Master data requirements

  • Prior experience in managing SAP service requests -L1 Tickets

  • Good knowledge of Business Process – Procure to pay, Produce to finish, Order to cash

  • Have worked in some key projects – SAP, other applications

  • Good individual contributor and team player



Profile Description




  • Understand the SAP solutions 

  • Understand the business processes on identified products

  • Provide training to core team, operational and support consultants

  • Understand new requirements from businesses, discuss with the central IT team  on possible solutions and deliver the same under defined timelines

  • Prioritize initiatives every year in consultant with business and work with relevant stakeholders and delivery team to have them successfully implemented within defined timelines



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP application support, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment

  • Proficient in SAP Modules – PP, QM and MM

  • Good understanding of SAP Master data requirements

  • Prior experience in managing SAP service requests -L1 Tickets

  • Good knowledge of Business Process – Procure to pay, Produce to finish, Order to cash

  • Have worked in some key projects – SAP, other applications

  • Good individual contributor and team player
