Responsibilities

Social Media Management:




  • Monitor and analyze social media trends and their impact on its brand for enhanced visibility and top-of-mind awareness.

  • Provide monthly and comprehensive analytics on social media usage, e-channel metrics, and insights to inform marketing strategies and boost engagement.

  • Engage in real-time interactions by responding to questions, offering solutions, and creating content that fosters vibrant discussions on social media to grow the Institute's community.

  • Capture, post, and promote all its events online to ensure maximum reach and engagement.

  • Explore new opportunities for social marketing platforms, identifying trending networks that cater to its stakeholders and community.

  • Market its offerings effectively through social media.

  • Increase the Institute's social media following and engagement.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and followers across relevant platforms.

  • Manage community engagement by responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive brand image.

  • Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to achieve specific objectives like lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the strategy as appropriate.

  • Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key industry figures to amplify its brand reach and credibility.

  • Address negative social media feedback or crises in collaboration with the Team Lead and Corporate Communications, ensuring that the brand's reputation is safeguarded.

  • Utilize social media listening tools to track brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry trends to inform strategy adjustments.

  • Align social media efforts with the broader digital marketing strategy and business goals.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.



Digital Marketing:




  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing efforts, including display advertising and sponsored posts.

  • Contribute to the deployment of new technology to drive online conversions and enhance digital marketing activities.

  • Monitor SEO performance and user engagement, recommending content optimization strategies to drive organic traffic.

  • Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as search engines, social media, email, and display advertising to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns, maintaining consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.

  • Optimise website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences, to engage both members and prospects.

  • Ensure brand consistency in all digital marketing communications, aligning with identity and strategic objectives.

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.



Content Creation & Design:




  • Create visually appealing and engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) that showcases our travel experiences, destinations, and brand.

  • Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • Ensure that content and design align with overall branding and marketing strategies.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of 2 year post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organisation.

  • Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Marketing, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (for analytics and reporting), Word (for documentation), and PowerPoint (for creating presentations).

  • Proficiency in the use of Canva for creating high-quality visual content (graphics, images, and videos).

  • Demonstrated expertise in running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and other PPC platforms.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid growth.

  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • Excellent visual storytelling, design, and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
