About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Production to lead the entire production value chain of our mechanized poultry farm and FMCG production factories.


• The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a proven ability to meet production targets while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production teams across poultry farms and FMCG factories.


• Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational production goals.


• Optimize production processes and oversee schedules for efficient operations.


• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.


• Develop budgets, monitor production costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.


• Coordinate inventory and supply chain management to ensure timely resource availability.


• Maintain accurate production records and report performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.


• 8-10 years of experience in production management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.


• Expertise in poultry farm and FMCG manufacturing operations.


• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain management.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
