Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Finance and Inventory Operations to oversee the financial and inventory management processes of our mechanized poultry farm and FMCG factories.


• The successful candidate will drive profitability, optimize inventory controls, and ensure financial efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.


• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all operations.


• Lead inventory management efforts, including stock audits and control systems.


• Ensure compliance with financial and inventory reporting standards.


• Analyze financial data and provide insights to optimize operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) preferred.


• 7+ years of experience in finance and inventory management, with 3-5 years in leadership roles.


• Expertise in financial operations for manufacturing, FMCG, or agricultural sectors.


• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).


• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
