Responsibilities:




  • Market Strategy and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Develop and implement innovative business strategies aligned with our company's strategic goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by negotiating and closing deals.

  • Networking and Partnerships: Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders. Actively participate in industry events and networking functions to enhance our brand visibility.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies. Provide valuable insights into product development based on market feedback.

  • Market Visibility: Enhance our company's reputation and visibility in the real estate market. Implement effective marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.

  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development and certifications.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development within the real estate industry.

  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
