LOCATION: Osogbo, Osun State.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Oversee daily production, processing, and packaging operations.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO22000).

  • Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain.

  • ⁠Implement efficient production planning and scheduling.

  • ⁠Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and performance targets.

  • ⁠Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.

  • Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and process improvements.

  • ⁠Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.

  • Manage plant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Optimize profitability through efficient operations and cost reduction.

  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Lead and manage a team of production, technical, quality, and administrative staff.

  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA).

  • ⁠Implement and maintain quality control systems (ISO 9001).

  • ⁠⁠Oversee food optimum safety and hygiene practices.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:




  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in food science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 15 years of experience in food processing, preferably in cashew processing.

  • Vast international knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and industry standards.

  • Proven leadership and management skills.

  • Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, FSMA).

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
