Job Summary

• We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the role of In-Store Sales Representative for a reputable gift retail store located in Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.

Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.


• Educate customers about the products and services offered.


• Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.


• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.


• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.


• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.


• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Minimum of an OND in any relevant field.


• 1 - 3 years of experience in retail or a customer-facing role.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.


• Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.


• Must reside in or around Yaba and its environs.
