Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging technical drawing lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the curriculum.

  • Develop students' understanding of technical concepts, drawing techniques, and the application of technical drawings in various fields.

  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through tests, assignments, and practical projects.

  • Provide individualized support to students to help them excel in technical drawing.

  • Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into lessons to enhance learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with other teaching staff to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

  • Prepare students for technical examinations and competitions.

  • Ensure classroom discipline and uphold the school’s values and policies.



Qualifications and Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Drawing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven teaching experience in Technical Drawing, preferably at the secondary school level.

  • Proficient in the use of drawing tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD is an added advantage).

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.

  • Must reside in Ibadan or within the South-West region of Nigeria.
