Job Summary




  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical product sales and hospital detailing, with 5-6 years of experience working in a multinational pharma environment.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote pharmaceutical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct hospital detailing activities, effectively communicating product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare personnel.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from healthcare professionals to refine sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure product availability and client satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.



Qualifications & Skills




  • A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5 - 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical product sales and hospital detailing, ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product dynamics and the healthcare market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
