  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

  • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting our products/services.



Responsibilities




  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, cold calling, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.

  • Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.

  • Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.

  • Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.



Requirements




  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and close sales effectively.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
