Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure the smooth functioning of supply chain activities.

  • Manage transportation and delivery schedules to meet customer demands efficiently.

Qualifications




  • A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven experience in managing logistics operations and leading a team.

  • In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and industry best practices.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, and other related technologies.

  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing cost-efficiency in logistics operations.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills for identifying trends and optimizing processes.

  • Experience negotiating with suppliers and service providers to secure beneficial contracts.

  • Solid understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
