Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments


• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards


• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations


• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs


• Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors


• Control activities like CCTV, waste disposal, building security etc.


• Utilizes One drive and maintenance databases for tracking work requests, labor, materials and preventive maintenance schedules


• Allocate office space according to needs


• Handle insurance plans and service contracts


• Monitor vehicle performance


• Coordinate repairs and maintenance


• Managing driver schedules and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance


• Dealing with emergencies as they arise


• Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations


• Plan by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements


• Helping with office relocations


• Drafting maintenance reports

Requirements

• Qualification: BA/BSc/HND
