Key Responsibilities:

As Project Manager/Director, you will be responsible for:

• Health & Safety: Prioritize the safety of all personnel, ensuring compliance with HSE goals and exceeding expectations where possible.


• Operational Excellence: Guarantee adherence to SPIE's stringent quality assurance processes, maintaining the highest standards across all project phases.


• Team Leadership: Manage a skilled team of engineers and labor resources, ensuring optimal performance to meet project timelines and budgets.


• Progress Oversight: Provide regular updates on progress, problem areas, and potential risks, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.


• Contract Management: Negotiate variations, claims, and ensure that contractual obligations are met, while proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities.


• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and mitigate project risks while uncovering new opportunities for success.

What You Bring:

• Proven Expertise: Significant experience in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry is essential.


• Leadership Skills: A track record of managing multidisciplinary teams across different geographies.


• Technical Acumen: Deep knowledge of EPC projects, particularly in the energy sector.


• Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in challenging environments, particularly within Nigeria’s dynamic energy landscape.
