Job Summary:
The F&B Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. They will collaborate with the F&B Manager to manage staff, optimize processes, and maintain profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage and train F&B staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Collaborate on menu planning and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency with The Art Hotel’s standards.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in maintaining budgetary controls and optimizing cost efficiency.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support the F&B Manager in strategic planning and achieving departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, inventory management, and health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
