We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Head, Claims.
This pivotal role is critical in ensuring efficient and customer-focused management of our claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the claims department, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize claims processing and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze claims data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and reduce operational risks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient claims management.
Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ACII, CIIN) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in claims management, with at least 3years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, claims processes, and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving operational efficiency.
Proficiency in claims management software and tools.
