About the Role

• We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Delivery Managers to join our growing team in 36 states across Nigeria.


• As a Delivery Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient order delivery to our customers within your designated region.


• You will be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process, from order dispatch to final customer delivery, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Delivery Operations:

• Monitor order volumes and delivery schedules.


• Coordinate with delivery partners (e.g., logistics companies, riders) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.


• Track orders in real-time using available platforms


• Resolve delivery-related issues promptly, such as delays, incorrect deliveries, and customer complaints.

Build and Maintain Relationships:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and customers.


• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.


• Build a positive brand image through excellent customer service.

Ensure Delivery Quality:

• Monitor the condition of packages during transit and upon delivery.


• Implement quality control measures to minimize damage and loss.


• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.

Manage Delivery Team (if applicable):

• Supervise and mentor delivery personnel.


• Assign delivery routes and schedules.


• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in logistics and delivery technologies.


• Explore and implement new delivery strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree OND qualification with 2 - 15 years wof ork experience.

Salary

N300,000 - N900,000 / month.
