Key Responsibilities




  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.

  • Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.

  • Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 5year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.



Preferred Skills:




  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.

  • Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
