Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
Collaborate with management to ensure HR strategies align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 5year in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs.
