Job Summary




  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team.

  • This role is ideal for a confident individual who can sell services, grasp complex legal products quickly, and convert inquiries into paying clients.



Key Responsibilities




  • Actively sell the firm's legal services to prospective clients through various channels.

  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring potential clients fully understand the services offered.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable legal solutions.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, with pay/bonus tied directly to sales performance.

  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the firm's legal services to confidently communicate their value.



Requirements




  • Proven experience in sales, preferably selling services (e.g., legal, consulting, or professional services).

  • Ability to grasp and articulate complex legal products and services quickly.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and convert leads efficiently.

  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience.
