Job Summary:

• We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.


• Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.


• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Maintenance or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.


• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
