Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a manufacturing company.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's value chain, including manufacturing, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmacy, business, or life sciences.
- FMCG experience will also be considered.
