  • The Treasury Sales Officer will be responsible for effectively selling depository and treasury management services to existing and prospective clients / customers.

  • Your primary focus will be on generating deposit growth and increasing fees for both new/prospective and existing members. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing clients’ relationships while offering tailored financial solutions to meet specific needs.



Responsibilities




  • Responsible for bringing borrowings (Deposit liabilities)

  • Managing borrowing clients’ relationships strategies to mitigate financial risks effectively.

  • Maintain relationships with correspondence banks and negotiate banking services and fees.

  • Organize treasury function for daily summary reports on inflows/outflows.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial objectives, and providing strategic advice and solutions.

  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting treasury products, and provide informed guidance to clients.



Experience, Qualifications & Required Skills




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury sales or a related field within the financial industry.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial analysis and reporting.

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to financial management.

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
