Outsource Nigeria is looking for an experienced call centre agent who can communicate fluently. The customer service representative will act as a liaison between customers and our company providing products/services information, assisting with complaints, errors, questions, and other queries as well as resolving emerging problems that our customers experience with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to the appropriate resource
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
