Role Description

• This is a volunteer remote role as a Program Development Specialist at AODI. The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating programs focused on youth and women empowerment, education, and healthcare access. Daily tasks include creating program strategies, conducting needs assessments, collaborating with stakeholders, and monitoring program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Program development, implementation, and evaluation skills


• Experience in youth and women empowerment initiatives


• Knowledge of education and healthcare access programs


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and remotely


• Passion for social impact and community development


• Experience in nonprofit or volunteer organizations is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
