RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.

  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.

  • Cooking food in a timely manner.

  • Setting up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and food scales.

  • Be aware of new culinary trends and recipes.

  • Manage special dietary need.

  • Oversee purchasing to stay within certain budget.



  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • Minimum qualification: OND

  • Experience level: Mid-level

  • Experience length: 7 years.
