We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Officer / Front Desk Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to clients promptly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Manage appointment booking and maintain accurate schedules for clients and practitioners.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and social media platforms in a timely and courteous manner.
Prepare and present reports related to client interactions, appointments, and other front desk activities.
Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area.
Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and report preparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage with clients through phone and social media platforms.
Prior experience in a healthcare, clinic, or hospital setting is an added advantage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
