Job Overview




  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Billing Officer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling billing and invoice processes, along with proficiency in managing insurance-related tasks.

  • Familiarity with Zoho is preferred, and prior experience in the healthcare sector (clinics/hospitals) is a plus.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and process all billing and invoice-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients and customers, ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Handle insurance billing processes, including verifying and processing insurance claims.

  • Communicate with clients and insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.

  • Maintain and update billing records and documentation in a timely manner.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and summaries as required.

  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to billing processes.

  • Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Provide support for audits and reconciliations as needed.



Qualifications and Skills




  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree / HND in any relevant field

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in handling billing and invoice processes.

  • Familiarity with Zoho software is preferred.

  • Ability to manage insurance-related billing and claims processes.

  • Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, including clinics and hospitals, is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex billing systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Preferred Candidate: Female.
