Job Description
The Position
- The SME Sales Agent will report to the SME Team Lead and have overall responsibility for driving SME sales and expanding the customer base by visiting potential clients in person.
- This role involves building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting suitable products or services.
- The SME Agent will work closely with the SME Team Lead to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Meet required financial targets/sales budgets MOM.
- Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards.
- Provide correct and complete information to customers on the organization’s products and services.
- Convert potential customers into sales. - Receive and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints within stipulated SLAs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on set standards/criteria.
- Ensure correct and complete documentation of customer interactions according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with others to achieve organization and unit objectives.
- Strict adherence to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain business core values; be a person of discipline, integrity, empathetic, and excellence.
Requirements
We are looking for people with:
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SME banking or lending.
- Experience working in fintech, MFB and or a commercial bank
- High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
- High level of attention to detail
- A Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills
